Rooted in Southeast Texas for decades, David Terry brings a deep understanding of the region’s values, lifestyle, and client expectations. With more than 35 years of hands on experience in the construction industry, David is the co owner of the custom home building division of Texas Lifestyle Builders, Inc., and plays an integral role alongside Al in leading the company’s projects. David is hands on daily, supervising every phase of the construction process and managing the details that ensure quality, efficiency, and consistency from start to finish. His extensive background includes custom homes, remodeling, and commercial construction, providing a depth of experience that strengthens execution and problem solving on every build. Over the years, David has built long standing, trusted relationships with skilled trades and craftsmen—an invaluable asset that directly contributes to superior results and exceptional client satisfaction. Beyond his professional expertise, David is deeply grounded in faith, family, and community. Married for 25 years and a proud parent of four, he values time with family and serves extensively within his local church. Outside of work, he enjoys cooking for others, gardening, hunting, and fishing.
